The position is available immediately and will report to Prof. Yu Liu directly. Other research interests of the group include power system state/parameter estimation and power system cyber security. More information about Prof. Yu Liu can be found from the website:http://sist.shanghaitech.edu.cn/faculty/liuyu/ Main responsibilities include: 1.Conduct independent research; 2.Write and publish top journal/conference articles; 3.Assist PI in building the lab and supervising graduate students; 4.Assist PI in writing grant proposals. Qualifications: 1.A PhD degree in electric power engineering, power system, power electronics or related areas; experiences in power system/microgrid protection, fault locating, control or optimization would be a plus; 2.Good publication record in major journals and conferences; 3.Fluency in written and oral English; 4.Good communication skill and team work spirit. 5.No more than 35 years old.
