LOCATION:Wuxi
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Initially call on eligible prospects in MME/SME and convert them into clients.
• Cross sell all products like trade, cash management, treasury and loans etc ultimately
• To maximize credit line usage
• Provide feedback to senior management for enhancing business strategy, product / service design to meet customer needs
• Demonstrate positive corporate image and social reputation in the business development process
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Solid banking experience and a sound track record of at least 3 – 4 years in sales/marketing position in the local middle market are expected.
• Excellent selling skills, aggressive and ambitious.
• Keen to create and follow up on business opportunities.
• Basic credit analysis skill and knowledge about PBOC/SAFE regulations are preferred
• Good knowledge about Banking products, manufacturing industry segments and experience in handling MME/SME type of customer.
• Support senior BD in servicing existing clients as well as acquiring new customer
