For exceptionally qualified candidates, research faculty positions could be considered. At ShanghaiTech, the CompNet Lab has state-of-the-art research/computation facilities and opportunities to collaborate with several top research institutes in the world, such as Stanford, Princeton, Berkeley, Duke, and CMU. The Lab also has access to one of the world’s best academic resources in the newly inaugurated ShanghaiTech University in the center of Shanghai’s Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park.
